I can't even find the Dalvik debugger in IDA 6.6
if you have dalvik_user.p64 and dalvik_user.pplw in your plugins folder.Then you good to go.
They made the debugger so it only shows if you load a dex files.Remember to choose either arm or dalvich machine when loading file, els it wont turn up in the debugger menu.
